The Venture women's synthetic mummy sleeping bag brings new levels of versatility to the realm of synthetic-insulation sleep systems. A full-length right-side zipper, a half-length left-side zipper, and a foot box zipper provide unparalleled ventilation or allow the Venture to be opened completely flat like a comforter.
The unique WaveLoft construction allows the Thermolite insulation to expand out into air-trapping curves for maximum warmth, and the overall wider mummy shape of the Venture matches your natural sleeping position for supreme comfort

DESIGNED FOR WOMEN
Shaped for comfort
Narrower at the shoulders, wider between the hips and knees. Regardless of the position you sleep in (figure-four, on your side or on your stomach), this shape provides a significantly higher level of comfort by giving you the room to move without compressing the insulation.
Warmth from additional insulation
Additional insulation compared to unisex bags, positioned using different body mapping for thermal performance exactly where it is needed. Temperatures for Women’s sleeping bags are shown using the gender appropriate Comfort rating.
Maximum comfort for a good night's rest
Construction details like snug-fitting hoods and oversized draft tubes keep you warm in cooler weather. As temperatures rise, the Free-Flow zipper system of the Journey, Venture and Altitude allow you to increase ventilation up to the point where the bag opens completely flat as a quilt. Warm enough for cool weather camping or travel?
Yes. The Thermolite® insulation with WaveLoft construction is designed to keep you warm. We recommend the Venture -5°C which has a draft collar, paired with a greater than 3.5 R-Value sleeping mat like the Comfort Light Insulated.
Suitable for summer temperatures?
Yes. A full-length side zipper, a second half-length zipper, and a foot box zipper can be opened for ventilation or to turn the Venture into a fully-flat comforter.
Able to be zipped to another sleeping bag?
Yes. The main side zipper can be zipped to the Sea to Summit Ascent, Trek and Traverse sleeping bags. The Venture Regular and Long bags have the same side zipper length.
