SHIPPING

Orders placed before 2pm should be dispatched on the same day and delivered the next working day via DPD couriers. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following day and delivered on the next working day *exclusions apply. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Price

£4.50 for orders under £75, all orders over £75 ship for free

All orders for Channel Islands & Isle of Man £9.95

*Scottish Highlands & Islands 2-3 days, Channel Islands 2-3 days, Northern Ireland 2-3 days & Isles of Scilly 2-3 days. Orders won't be shipped on bank holidays.  Please get in touch if you have any queries

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to where the order can be tracked.

To track your package, follow the tracking link in your email or input your tracking number into the carrier’s website.

We cannot amend orders once the confirmation has been sent.

Lost or Damaged Goods

All orders are wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive complete and in a usable condition.

If there is a discrepancy with your delivery, please contact our customer service team (tel: 0191 2960212) within 48 hours of receiving your shipment, our team are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm – please ensure you provide your original purchase order number with your enquiry.
