Yes. It comes with a storage stuff sack and packs down exceptionally small.

Have a hangtag for quick drying?

Yes. The storage sack has a snap closure and webbing loop – when hanging the towel to dry, simply reconnect the stuff sack and hang the towel from the webbing strap.

Have an anti-microbial finish?

No. A towel that is this easy to wash and dry doesn’t need chemical treatments to keep it fresh.
