The Pillow Lock System comprises of self-adhesive hook-and-loop patches which are supplied with all Sea to Summit sleeping mats (as of Spring 2019). Attached to your sleeping mat, these patches secure your pillow and prevent it slipping – yet they will not snag on clothing or other lightweight fabrics. All Sea to Summit Pillows (as of Spring 2019) are compatible with this system. Existing pillows can be made Pillow Lock™ compatible by adding an Aeros Pillow Case.

No – but hand-washing is easy. Close the valve and use warm water and a gentle kneading motion, then air dry (do not use a dryer). Alternatively, consider using a removable Aeros Travel Pillow Case for even simpler washing.

Sized to fit into the hood of a sleeping bag?
Yes (Regular) - the Large size is a little big to squeeze into a sleeping bag hood, but the Regular fits perfectly.
Is the Aeros Premium Pillow really light and packable?
Aeros Premium Pillows are light and really compact. Packed down into a stuff sack these pillow will easily fit into a shirt pocket.

"Superbly comfortable, including for side sleeping. I was torn between this one and the Aeros Down, but in the end went for this one due to the top cover being woven rather than smooth. Absolutely no regrets! The pillow is very comfortable (one can inflate it slightly less, if preferred) and the surface is significantly more comfortable than a smooth or slightly nubby travel pillow surface. I was also very happy that it inflated both tall and wide enough for me to sleep on my side and turn over during the night (I bought the large size). This will be a permanent part of my kit from now on; I slept so much better!"

"I got the Aeros premium regular pillow. New soft stretchy fabric feels amazing. Weight is also pretty good for the comfort level. I wish it was machine washable or at least the cover could be taken off and washed. Also wish it could have two tiny loops on the sides to make a pad strap because I am not sticking those Velcro things on my sleeping pad."
